TICKETS

How much is a ticket?
Tickets are £80 in advance here or £90 on the gate. NO REFUNDS.

How do I Book at Ticket?
You can book via our Big Cartel Shop  
We accept Paypal and all major debit and credit cards through the Paypal service

You will receive a personal booking reference number at the time of booking by email; to keep costs down we do not post out booking references or wristbands.
Wristbands are to be collected from Reception on arrival, please bring your booking reference with you. If you have any problems with your booking please contact us here.

GENERAL

Are children allowed?
The Trip Out is for all ages. Under 15s go free.

Can I buy day tickets to The Trip Out?
No, sorry, this is a weekend event only and day tickets are not available.

Will my belongings be safe in the campsite?
The Trip Out and Euston Park will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles and personal possessions. Whilst we hope that none of our attendants would be low enough to damage and steal your possessions, please be sensible and only bring with you what you can afford to lose.

What is the best time to arrive?
The campsite opens on Friday 8th September 2024 and stays open until 6pm Sunday 10th September 2024.
Friday gates open at 9am, the Arena closes at 2am.
Saturday gates open at 9am, the Arena closes at 2am.

Do we have to camp in designated camping fields?
No, it is first come first served camping, but you can camp with your vehicle. We do have a special 'motorbike only' camping field, but this is also on a first come, first served basis.

Is Thursday night available to start the party early ?
Thursday night is only available for staff and traders to set up, this is not open to campers, sorry.

Do I need to pay for parking?
No, parking is free at the event. You may park with your camping unit or in the onsite car park. Disabled parking available.

Disabled Visitors
Disabled visitors are welcome at The Trip Out and we have specially allocated camping and toilets. Our staff and security team will be on hand to assist with any issues that may arise during the weekend. There may be sections which are difficult to negotiate, meaning that sometimes movement across the site is not that easy especially in bad weather conditions. Please bear this in mind when booking for the event.

SHOWFIELD REQUIREMENTS

Traditional vehicles in the Trip Out vibe may be eligible for the show field; Show vehicles will be stickered at reception on arrival.

BIKE SHOW

There is a special marquee to showcase bikes in all their glory. If you wish to be considered for entry to the bike show please contact us  here. Please note bikes in the bike show are by invitation only .

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Speed Limit is 5 MPH on site please, this is roughly walking pace – this is for your own safety as well as children and animals on site. There are many notices around to remind you.

Parking is available in the marked car park. No parking on marked 'roadways', exits and access points must be kept clear.

Driving on Site. No driving after 8pm at night, no burn-outs, no donuts, please remember to respect the owners, treat it like your own home please. Stay out of restricted areas and observe signage.

THE TRIP OUT has a laid back and chilled-out vibe for folks who share our love of old machinery. Any negative waves won't be tolerated. NO MC COLOURS PLEASE. Be cool and we won't get hassled by the man! Thank you.
